Returns, Exchanges and Sales
Due to the nature of the items sold by Unique Crafted Creations LLC, I currently do not accept returns and or exchanges.  Cancellations on already placed orders over 30 minutes are not accepted.  If you have concerns with your order, please notify Unique Crafted Creations LLC @ uniquecraftedllc@gmail.com as soon as possible so your order can be corrected.  Please not the all pieces are uniquely crafted and no two products are identically the same.  All sale prodcuts are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.  If your product is damaged, upon proof your item may be replaced.  

Taxes
Sale taxes are collected and reflected upon check out.

Shipping
Standard domestic shipping to states in the U.S. Shipping can take from 5 to 7 business days.  We currently use USPS and UPS as shipping options.  We do not offer international shipping at this time.  Please note USPS may be experiencing delays.  Please check with your local office to confirm delays.  

Apparel
Larger sizes are available upon request.  There is an additional charge for larger apparel.  Please fill out a request for to order.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are accepted.  Please note that custom orders may take longer than the 5 to 7 business days to be created and shipped.  For products that can be customized, please allow an additional 2 days.  Please fill out an inquiry form for custom orders.  

Gift Cards
Gift cards are now being offered.  The egift cards do not expire.
